USPS tracking not updating?

Ok I ordered a few items a few days ago from Hong Kong, and the Hk post shipping says the items left but the USPS tracking number says Origin Post preparing shipment. And it has been stuck like that for over two days! Does this mean customs has seized my package?? I read somewhere that if it says "Origin post is preparing shipment" and it hasnt changed in over two days, the package has become a package of interest for customs, and they can do what they want with it at their discretion, is that true, and where is my package? On a plane, at customs, in HK, where?
