Are there any supplements or anything that help prevent gray hairs or slow the growth of gray hairs?

I am 24 and saw 2 of them today... I had seen one before but I just now noticed the 2nd this morning.. I know its partly hereditary that would make sense because my Dad grayed very young.. but I was just wondering...thanks!
