What is the only judicial office created by the constitution?

All Article I & III courts are referenced in the Constitution, including the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court can hear any case that someone appeals to the Supreme Court once it has reached their own State's Supreme Court or once it has reached the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in their jurisdiction and the Supreme Court can accept or deny to hear the case. Also there are certain cases that have original jurisdiction, that the Supreme Court can also hear as they did in Marbury v. Madison.
