State v. chris archer what are some good questions to ask to the witnesses?

im doing a mock trial unit in school, and i could use some help!!. I am suppose to be a lawyer defending chris archer who is a faternity president and during "hell week" a girl died when she fell off clock tower. It is said that Chris was hazing all the pledges and that girl, Milan, who a witness says that chris told her to go to the clock tower as her last task and that he pushed her off. But theres also facts stating that Milan was extremley drunk and i need to prove that Chris archer is innocent. Please help!!
