Please translate from english to spanish?

Today, Spain is a democratic country. However, it has come a long way to be in this state of democracy. Under General Franco’s military dictatorship, Spain suffered restrictions on civil liberties and political activities, a repressed economy, and ostracism of the world. After his death in 1929, Franco announced that Juan Carlos I of Barbon would be king. Juan Carlos reformed the political system and legalized political parties in 1976. Spain adapted a new constitution in 1978 in parliamentary democracy. A prime minister was then appointed to help Juan Carlos and his reformation of Spain’s government. The Constitution of 1978 brushed away Franco’s unfair system and rules. It also granted civil liberties, speech, and abolished torture and death penalties. Above all, Spanish citizens were also able to vote if they were over the age of 18. The king is very important in the government system but has not real authority over his country. The Spanish government has improved with the help of King Juan Carlos.
