I need some advice badly pleaseee!!!?

I am married to a nurse who is working abroad,and presently I am jobless...for 2 years to be exact.We have an adopted son who's almost 2 years old.I am not perfect,I admit I'm jobless and I got hooked on fighting which my wife knows all the while.But last Nov. she told me she's fed up with my vices and that she wants to end our marriage.She tried to get our son but I did'nt agree.She tried to patch things but i wont allow it bec. of my pride...She told her parents about my shortcomings and it made the whole thing a huge problem.Am I wrong in a lot of things?..Do i neede to surrender our son to her?.I am hurting...need your advice.
