Is it illegal to get high on alloy wheel cleaner if so why?

Im pretty sure thats is not illegal but i think that the government is clampnt down on legal highs. However what you have to ask yourself are the moral issues with getting high off it. Why would you want to get high and also think of what its doing to your body
