How to cool my blaster down faster?

I have a stock 2002 Yamaha Blaster that I bought from someone, and looking at the engine I noticed it looked like it had been rebuilt previously. I don't want to blow it up, because I know nothing about how to repair a quad, so could anyone tell me how I could cool my blaster down faster? I'm having to take breaks every.....20-30 minutes just to let the header cool. Also It has no air filter in it, and the carb needs cleaned.
