ook so I got asked by my boyfriend to a banquet and i wanna look good in a dress...well i have a good looking body but like my legs are a little jiggly its not bad but yeeah i just want to tone them better..if i work out my legs 4 2 weeks like 2 hours a day will i see results...can i have some leg and arm excercising effetive work outs...thank you
